About Us: CleanSmart Turkey and Simple Science
CleanSmart Turkey products are manufactured by Simple Science Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. at its facility in Dilovası, Kocaeli. The active ingredient in our products is hypochlorous acid (HOCl), a molecule that the body’s immune cells also produce naturally. At our facility it is made from additive-free salt water by electrolysis, then bottled and quality-checked on the same site.
License and technology
According to the company’s promotional material, CleanSmart products are made under the license of Ireland-based Simple Science Ltd., using technology developed by scientists in the USA and Ireland. Production for Turkey takes place in Dilovası, and the CleanSmart brand is brought to the Turkish market from this facility.

Production process
Production follows three steps: making hypochlorous acid from salt water, bottling, and batch-based quality control.
Our products
Our main product is CleanSmart Hand & Skin Spray, a biocidal product for human hygiene. It is alcohol-free and odourless, and it needs no rinsing. The catalogue lists two packs: SS100, a 100 ml finger-pump spray (40 units per carton), and SS500, a 500 ml trigger spray (12 units per carton).
